What we build

Bathroom renovations

Bathrooms are the single most common job we take on, and the one most likely to go wrong in somebody else’s hands. Almost everything that fails in a bathroom fails behind the tiles, where you cannot see it until it is expensive.

Completed ensuite with dark vertical tiling, an arched mirror and brushed brass tapware

What it covers

  • Full strip-out and rebuild
  • Waterproofing to standard, inspected before tiling
  • Wet-area tiling, including large format
  • Plumbing and electrical rough-in and fit-off
  • Vanities, screens, tapware and joinery
  • Powder rooms and ensuites

Where bathroom budgets actually go

Not the tiles. The cost sits in what is behind them: waterproofing, screeding to falls, moving plumbing, and whatever the previous bathroom was hiding. We open a wall before we price where we can, because a bathroom quoted without looking is a bathroom quoted twice.

Every job runs the same way

Six stages from first questionnaire to handover, with every change priced in writing before the work happens. A bathroom gets the same process as a new home.
