This is the questionnaire that starts every job we take on. It is longer than a contact form on purpose, and it is worth knowing why before you begin.

Why we ask this much
We price open-book, which only works if we understand the job properly. A builder who asks three questions and sends a number is guessing, and the guess gets corrected later through variations. We would rather do the thinking up front.
It also protects your time. If we are not the right builder for your project, the answers here will show it, and we will tell you before either of us spends an afternoon on a site visit.

Whether you have built before, what is driving the project, and what you are worried about. The part most builders never ask.
Your contact details save as soon as you finish the first step, so if you get interrupted part way through we can still pick up the conversation.
